Dear Parents/Carers,

We are delighted to offer a Year 3-6 Active Stars football club held at Milton Mount this Autumn Term. The sessions will be run by Mr Moore and will operate for 10 weeks.

As you are most probably aware, there have been some changes to how Milton Mount are operating their after-school clubs with more emphasis on providers managing their own booking systems. To support this, I have set up Football Club as a booking option on our Kids Club HQ booking system. Active Stars (https://activestars.kidsclubhq.co.uk/login#/home)

If you are already a customer who uses Active Stars regularly, you will be familiar with this system. Please note, as the club is being led by Mr Moore, the accounts information on Kids Club HQ will be different from the normal banking information if you are booking wrap-around care or a holiday club. This club will use our Uckfield details and Uckfield registration number as it is linked to Mr Moore’s management information.

We are still able to accept payments using tax-free childcare credits and childcare vouchers but the information you may need to provide will be slightly different. This information can be found on Kids Club HQ on the Football Club booking page. If your childcare voucher provider is not available as an option, please get in touch ASAP so we can get this provider set up for you.

Each session is at a cost of £5.50 totalling £55 for the full 10 week block. You are required to make payment in full before the first session commences.

If you have any trouble making a booking, are unfamiliar with Kids Club HQ and need support, or have a general enquiry, please get in contact with me via matt@activestars.co.uk.

Once you have made your booking and payment has been received, I will contact you to confirm your space. Please note spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. If you have an outstanding payment for after school football club, your booking will not be accepted until this payment is made.
